Thought Experiment on Scalia

I wonder if Justice Antonin Scalia would reveal that he's a shameless authoritarian, partisan tool, bottomless well of bad-faith arguments, and all-around asshole if subjected to waterboarding or another form of torture?

The point is, there are better, easier, more humane ways to arrive at that conclusion.
