What a coinky-dink Digby has discovered! This November, voters of certain states will not only choose a president but also take a stand on the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad practice of affirmative action, which according to right wing lore, is the single most compelling reason this side of immigration that explains why white-skinned penis-bearing humans have such a tough time in the USA.

Which states will suddenly be voting on this oh-so-urgent matter? In addition to Wide Stance locks Oklahoma and Nebraska,

Arizona, Colorado and Missouri. Hmmm. Why do you suppose they chose those states? I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact they are big swing states with large minority populations aren't you?
These anti-affirmative-action ballot measures to 2008 what anti-gay-marriage ballot measures were to 2004: bullshit demagoguery calculated to increase the turnout of "the right kind" of voters.
